MYJG CO2 Laser Power Supply Series: 40W to 200W Model Guide
The MYJG Series includes CO2 laser power supplies for glass laser tubes ranging from 40W to 200W. The available models cover compact engraving equipment, general-purpose cutting machines and higher-power industrial CO2 laser systems.
Choosing the correct model requires more than matching the wattage printed on the power supply. Buyers should also check the laser tube specifications, AC input voltage, control terminals, installation space and original wiring arrangement.
40W and 50W Models
The lower-power range includes MYJG40W-B, MYJG40W-L, MYJG50W and MYJG50W-L.
These models are intended for small CO2 laser engraving and cutting equipment using corresponding glass laser tubes. They may be considered for compact machines, replacement projects and equipment with limited installation space.
The letters following the wattage identify different product versions or structures. Buyers should not assume that two models with the same rated wattage are interchangeable. Compare the enclosure, mounting positions, terminals and original product label before ordering.
60W and 80W Models
MYJG60W and MYJG80W power supplies are used with corresponding 60W and 80W glass CO2 laser tubes.
This power range is commonly considered for small and medium-format engraving or cutting equipment used to process non-metal materials. However, the machine size or material alone cannot confirm the correct power supply. The tube wattage and electrical configuration must still be checked.
When replacing an existing unit, provide photographs of its label, terminals and wiring. This helps identify differences that may not be visible from the model name.
100W and 120W Models
MYJG100W and MYJG120W models support higher-power CO2 laser equipment requiring a suitable high-voltage power supply.
Before selecting either model, confirm the tube manufacturer’s recommended operating requirements and compare the proposed power supply with the original unit. Installation dimensions are also important because higher-power models may require different mounting space.
Do not select a 120W model only because it has a higher wattage. A power supply should be matched to the tube and machine rather than oversized without technical confirmation.
150W, 180W and 200W Models
MYJG150W, MYJG180W and MYJG200W are intended for corresponding high-power glass CO2 laser systems.
These models may be used in larger cutting equipment and other applications requiring higher laser output. Their installation requires careful confirmation of the tube specifications, electrical input, cooling and protection circuits, control connections and available mounting space.
High-voltage connections must only be inspected or installed by qualified personnel with the machine disconnected from mains power.
